Ingredients

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0.5 l vegetable broth
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 0.5 bunch spring onions
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Whisk cream and flour together and stir into the potatoes. Continue cooking briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle with chopped spring onion greens.
