Potato-Parsnip Puree with Meat

Ingredients

  • 80 g potatoes (1 potato)
  • 100 g parsnips
  • 25 g lean turkey meat
  • 1.5 tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes and parsnips into small pieces.

    Rinse the turkey, pat dry, and slice into thin strips.

    Bring the potatoes, parsnips, and turkey with 100 ml water to a boil in a small pot. Reduce heat and simmer covered for about 15 minutes.

    Remove from heat, add apple juice, and blend everything finely with an immersion blender. Stir in the oil, let it cool slightly, then feed.
