- 800 g cooked potatoes
- 250 g hard goat cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- nutmeg
- 300 g sour cream
- 1 Tbsp starch
- butter (for the pan)

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Dice the goat cheese. Whisk together the lemon juice, eggs, and sour cream.

Grease a small loaf pan. Separate the egg whites from yolks. Beat the whites until semi-firm. Mix the yolks with lemon juice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper; stir in the sour cream and starch. Fold in the beaten whites. Layer potato slices alternately with the egg mixture and cheese cubes in the pan.

Bake at 160°C for about 60 minutes until set. Remove from oven, let cool, then cut into pieces to serve.
