Ingredients

  • 700 g potatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 100 g heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into small pieces; cover in salted water and simmer for about 25 minutes until tender.

    Drain the potatoes and let them steam off a bit. Add butter and cream, then mash with a potato masher to create a smooth purée. Season with salt and pepper.
