Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 150 g leeks
- 1 slice white bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp germ oil

Sauté the white bread without crust in hot butter on all sides until golden brown. Remove.

Peel the potatoes and put them in a pot. Wash, trim, and cut the leeks into rings. Add to the potatoes and cover with water. Cook covered for about 20 minutes until soft. Blend finely with oil and apple juice. Serve sprinkled with croutons.
