  • 400 g pumpkin (e.g., muskmelon pumpkin)
  • 8 thyme sprigs
  • 200 g sheep cheese (45% fat in the rind)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground fresh)
  • 300 ml heavy cream (30% fat)
  • 2 Eggs

    Peel potatoes and pumpkin. Slice potatoes into 0.5 cm thick rounds. Halve, seed, and cut pumpkin into thin strips. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck leaves from four sprigs, chop a little.
