- 8 thyme sprigs
- 200 g sheep cheese (45% fat in the rind)
- Salt

- 300 ml heavy cream (30% fat)
- 2 Eggs

Peel potatoes and pumpkin. Slice potatoes into 0.5 cm thick rounds. Halve, seed, and cut pumpkin into thin strips. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck leaves from four sprigs, chop a little.
