Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Swiss chard
- 6 Eggs
- 125 ml milk
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- butter
- olive oil
Instructions

Cook the potatoes in their skins, let them cool, peel and slice thinly. Clean and wash the Swiss chard, blanch it in boiling salted water for 4–5 minutes, drain and cut into fine strips.
