Ingredients

  • 400 g wide noodles
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 4 Carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 400 g pork cutlets (cut into strips)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • soy sauce

Instructions

    Cook the wide noodles in boiling salted water until al dente.

    Peel the carrots, make shallow cuts lengthwise, then slice them.

    Boil carrot slices in salted water for about 4 minutes, then add broccoli florets and cook another 4 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain.

    Season the pork strips with salt and pepper, coat with flour. Fry quickly over high heat until browned all around, pour in cream, reduce slightly, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and adjust taste.
