Pork Roast in Foil

With the pork roast in the foil from Spoonsparrow you can quickly create a classic Sunday meal!
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- 500 g carrots
- 400 g celeriac
- 1 stalk leek

Wash, pat dry, salt and pepper the pork roast. Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into fine sticks. Fill everything into the foil pouch and seal it tightly with a clip.

Poke several holes on the top of the foil with a toothpick and place the pork roast on a baking tray.

Bake the pork roast at 180 °C (fan: 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 1½ hours. Remove the foil from the oven, set it on a rack and carefully score the surface. Serve according to preference.
