- 500 g porcini mushrooms
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 500 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- 200 ml dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp chives curls

Clean the porcini mushrooms carefully, rub off dirt with a kitchen towel, slice into rounds. Peel and finely dice the onions. In a pot, sauté in hot butter until translucent.

Add the porcini mushrooms, let them brown slightly, deglaze with wine. Pour vegetable broth over the mushrooms. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with chives curls before serving.
