Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 125 g yogurt
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet poppy seed mix
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 75 g candied orange (chopped)
- 0.5 packet Baking powder

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, gradually fold in the eggs, then add yogurt, flour, baking powder, poppy seed mix, orange zest, and candied orange; blend into a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan, level the surface, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) for about 45-50 minutes (test with a toothpick). Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then set on a cooling rack to finish cooling.
