Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 small onion
  • Chives
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp crushed chili
  • 600 g cod fillet portions (4 portions)
  • 1 glass (400ml) fish stock
  • 500 g Chinese cabbage
  • Salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash tomatoes, quarter and remove seeds. Clean and rinse spring onion. Peel onion. Rinse chives and shake dry. Finely chop all prepared ingredients. Heat oil, sauté onion cubes until translucent. Stir in fish sauce and soy sauce, transfer to a bowl. Mix with prepared ingredients and chili.

    Rinse cod fillets and pat dry. Heat fish stock in a deep pan. Place fillets, cover, and poach for about 12 minutes over medium heat.

    Clean Chinese cabbage, rinse, and roughly chop. Blanch in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain well. Peel onion and garlic, dice finely. Heat oil, sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add cabbage, stir briefly. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
