Surprise your guests with the plum liqueur from Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 400 g ripe plums
  • 200 g raw cane sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 piece untreated orange peel
  • 0.5 l vodka
  • 0.5 l Korn

Instructions

    Wash, pit and halve the plums. Fill a large belly bottle with the fruit. Add sugar, cinnamon stick and orange peel, then pour in vodka and Korn. Seal tightly and let it mature dark and cool for about 2 weeks, shaking occasionally to dissolve the sugar.

    Filter and pour into a carafe. Let the liqueur rest another ~2 weeks after filtering.
