Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 150 g Type 550 wheat flour (plus extra for handling)
- 0.5 tsp salt (more if desired for toppings)
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Sift the flours with a little salt onto the work surface or into a bowl and make a well in the center.

Pour the yeast, about 220 ml warm water, and honey into the well.

Gradually mix everything from the center outward, adding the olive oil gradually until you have a loose dough.

Knead the dough vigorously on the work surface for 5 minutes with your hands until it is elastic and smooth.

Coat a bowl with the remaining olive oil.

Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise at room temperature for about 30–45 minutes, until the dough has roughly doubled in size. Continue processing the pizza dough according to your recipe.
