Pike-perch Fillet on Radicchio Thyme Pasta

The pike-perch fillet on radicchio thyme pasta from Spoonsparrow is quick to make and will definitely taste good to guests.

Ingredients

  • 200 g whole wheat spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 500 g radicchio
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml alcohol-free red wine
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 4 pike-perch fillets (150 g each; with skin)

Instructions

    Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water for 9 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.

    Meanwhile peel, halve, and slice the onion. Remove outer leaves from radicchio, halve, wash, cut stems, and slice leaves into strips. Wash thyme, pat dry, and chop.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Sauté onion for 4 minutes over medium heat. Add wine and reduce slightly. Then add radicchio and cook together for 5 minutes. Season radicchio-onion mix with salt, pepper, honey, and thyme.
