Ingredients

  • 2 kg celery stalks
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 6 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 l white wine vinegar
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

    Clean, wash the celery and cut into about 4 cm pieces.

    Wash and slice the chili peppers into rings.

  3. 3.

    Add 2 liters water, salt, vinegar, and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Add celery, garlic, and chili; simmer for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Transfer to prepared jars, seal tightly, let cool on a dishcloth, then allow to fully chill.
