- 50 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 500 g red jam (1 jar)
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 0.125 l water
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- red food coloring
Instructions

1.
Separate the eggs, beat the yolks with sugar until fluffy, then fold in the butter and beaten egg whites, flour, and cornstarch. Spread about one‑third of the batter thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; bake for 5–6 minutes at 200 °C. Transfer the sponge to a cooling rack, remove the parchment immediately, and let cool for 2 hours. Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.

2.
Spread the cooled sponge layers with jam, stack them, and cover with the third layer of dough. Use a cookie cutter in flower shape (4–6 cm diameter) to cut about 20 flowers. Serve the crumbs mixed with yogurt as dessert.
