Ingredients
- 1 radicchio
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 g penne
- Salt
- 2 tsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 organic orange (juice and zest)
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Clean and chop the radicchio. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant.
