Ingredients

  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 EL balsamic vinegar
  • 3 EL olive oil
  • 4 TL chili sauce
  • thyme
  • 500 g penne
  • Salt
  • 2 EL pumpkin seeds

Instructions

    Rinse the tomatoes and halve them. Mix with vinegar, olive oil, chili sauce, and chopped thyme in a bowl. Let steep for about 30 minutes.

    Cook the penne in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Heat a large non‑stick pan dry. Quickly toss the tomatoes in the pan over high heat to warm them.

    Drain the penne and let it drain. Mix with the tomatoes and serve sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.
