Ingredients

  • 400 ml pear juice (naturally cloudy)
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 300 ml black tea (freshly brewed)
  • honey (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 80 ml Williams-Christ pear brandy
  • 4 slices pears

Instructions

    Add the pear juice with cinnamon and cloves to a pot and heat, then add the tea and season everything with honey and lemon juice.

    Finally stir in the pear brandy, strain the punch through a fine sieve into glasses, and serve garnished with a slice of pear per glass.
