Ingredients
- 400 ml pear juice (naturally cloudy)
- 3 Cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 300 ml black tea (freshly brewed)
- honey (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 80 ml Williams-Christ pear brandy
- 4 slices pears

Add the pear juice with cinnamon and cloves to a pot and heat, then add the tea and season everything with honey and lemon juice.

Finally stir in the pear brandy, strain the punch through a fine sieve into glasses, and serve garnished with a slice of pear per glass.
