Ingredients
- 4 pears (e.g., Gute Luise or Conference)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 500 g kidney beans (canned or jarred)
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 150 g wheat flour type 1050
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 100 g Dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa content)
- 100 g chopped walnuts

Wash, peel, quarter the pears, remove cores and cut quarters into strips. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Combine kidney beans with milk in a tall container and puree finely with an immersion blender. In a bowl mix flour, cocoa, and baking powder; add eggs and bean mixture and whisk into a smooth batter. Roughly chop chocolate and fold it in with 50 g walnuts.
