Pea Soup with Halibut

Ingredients

  • 80 g carrots (peeled)
  • 100 g potatoes (peeled)
  • 500 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 125 g frozen peas
  • 1 tsp whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 300 g halibut fillet
  • 0.5 bunch dill
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

    Dice carrots and potatoes. Bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add prepared ingredients to the broth and simmer covered for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes, add peas. Blend everything with an immersion blender.

    Stir in whipping cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cut halibut fillet into cubes and add to the soup. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Wash dill, finely chop, and add.
