Ingredients
- 150 g Frozen Peas
- 150 ml vegetable broth (from the jar)
- 1 stalk leek
- 100 g Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Clean the leek, trim ends, wash and slice into thin rings.

Simmer the peas with the vegetable broth for 15 minutes.

Blend everything to a smooth puree, stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
