  • 150 g pink mushrooms
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 tsp basil pesto
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 600 g potatoes (mostly waxy)
  • 1 bunch young spring onions
