Ingredients
- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salad
- 400 g pumpkin flesh
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 red onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 EL olive oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- pepper (ground)
- 2 EL blanched almond slivers

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Slice the pumpkin flesh into thin strips. Wash, halve, seed and peel the bell peppers, then cut into strips. Peel and slice the onions. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until translucent. Add the remaining vegetables with the onions and cook briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and fold in the almond slivers.

Drain the pasta, let it dry slightly, place on plates, and arrange the vegetable mixture on top. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
