- 1 onion
- 600 g mixed ground meat
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 500 g penne
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 2 tbsp freshly sliced basil
- 100 g freshly grated Parmesan
- a pinch of sugar
