- 500 g Swiss chard
- 400 g penne
- 125 g pine nuts (fat‑free toasted)
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 g heavy cream
- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 100 g Parmesan (freshly grated)

Clean and wash the Swiss chard, cut stems from leaves and set aside for other uses.
