  • 500 g Swiss chard
  • 400 g penne
  • 125 g pine nuts (fat‑free toasted)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g heavy cream
  • 150 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 100 g Parmesan (freshly grated)

Instructions

    Clean and wash the Swiss chard, cut stems from leaves and set aside for other uses.

    Blanch the leaves in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, then shock in ice water, drain, and slice into fine strips.
