Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • Salt
  • 3 small onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Roughly chop the pine nuts.

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and onions, add the pine nuts and toast them. Finally stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
