Pasta with Green Asparagus and Shrimp
Pasta with green asparagus and shrimp is a healthy spring recipe full of protein – perfect for dinner.
Ingredients
- 350 g Farfalle
- 150 g Frozen Peas
- 1 lemon
- 300 g shrimp (frozen, ready to cook)
- 2 tbsp butter (30 g)
- 100 g heavy cream
- 500 g Green Asparagus
- Salt
- Pepper

Cook pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted water. Thaw peas and shrimp. Wash asparagus, trim the woody ends and cut the spears lengthwise into strips. Wash lemon, dry rub it, slice into eight thin, beautiful rounds and squeeze out the remaining juice.

Melt butter in a pan and lightly sauté the lemon slices with the asparagus over medium heat. Add the peas and shrimp, cook briefly, then deglaze everything with the lemon juice. Remove the lemon slices, pour in cream, and let the sauce simmer gently for 4–5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Drain pasta and mix it into the sauce. Plate the pasta with green asparagus and shrimp on four dishes and garnish with lemon slices.
