Pasta with Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 150 g broccoli
- 150 g Carrots
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- white pepper
- 2 chicken breast fillets (≈140 g each)
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice

Wash, trim and cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the carrots and slice or grate them thinly. Rinse the chili, slit it lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely chop the flesh. Peel the garlic cloves and also finely chop them.

Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan. Sauté the chili and garlic until translucent. Add the carrots and broccoli, deglaze with wine, let evaporate, season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.

Heat the remaining oil in another pan. Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and fry for about 5 minutes turning once. Remove, rest briefly, slice into strips and add to the vegetables. Toss the drained spaghetti in, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Plate and serve.
