Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli
- Salt
- 500 g orecchiette pasta
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red chili pepper
- Salt
- pepper (ground)

Clean the broccoli, cut into florets and trim thick stems. Blanch florets in 3 l salted water for about 2-3 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon, shock in cold water, then drain well. Reserve the broccoli broth. Cook the pasta in well-salted water until al dente.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat olive oil and sauté the broccoli and garlic. Wash, halve, deseed, slice the chili into rings and cook with the broccoli. Add 150 ml of reserved broccoli broth, toss in drained pasta, season with salt and pepper. Divide among four warmed plates and serve.
