- 500 g penne
- Salt
- 350 g fresh peas
- 150 g breakfast bacon (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g brie
- pepper (ground)

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Wash and drain the peas, then blanch them in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes before cooling under cold water.

Cut the bacon into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crisp. Add the garlic and peas and sauté briefly.

Slice the brie into pieces and stir it into the pan, letting it melt slightly. Add the drained pasta, toss quickly to coat with the cheese sauce, then serve immediately sprinkled with pepper.
