Ingredients

  • 300 g cooked green pasta
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 bunch of basil (large)
  • 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into large pieces. Drain the mozzarella and roughly cube it. Wash the basil and slice into strips. Whisk together the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix the pasta with the bell pepper, mozzarella, and basil, then combine with the dressing.

    Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for ½ hour, then garnish with basil leaves before serving.
