Ingredients
- 600 g farfalle
- 0.125 l olive oil
- 200 ml red wine vinegar
- salt (pepper)
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch Basil
- 300 g salami
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g cucumber
- 200 g mushrooms

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions, rinse with cold water and drain.

Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Peel and press the garlic into the mixture. Wash herbs, shake dry, set aside a few basil leaves for garnish, finely chop the rest and fold into the dressing. Strip salami and cut into thin strips. Peel carrots and grate coarsely. Wash cucumber, remove seeds with a spoon and dice finely. Clean mushrooms and slice thinly. Combine all with pasta and let sit several hours to meld flavors. Garnish with remaining basil leaves.
