Ingredients

  • 300 g hard wheat flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • 100 ml water
  • flour (for rolling)

Instructions

    Gather the flour on the work surface, create a well in the center. Add the eggs and 1/2 tsp salt, then knead with lukewarm water into a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 20 minutes.

    After resting, roll out the dough using a pasta machine or rolling pin in portions, then shape as desired.
