Ingredients

  • 3 EL fennel seeds
  • 3 fresh red chilies
  • 200 g parmesan (grated)

Instructions

    Wash chilies, slice lengthwise, deseed and finely chop. Mix fennel with chili.

    Using a teaspoon, place small parmesan heaps about 5 cm apart on baking trays lined with parchment paper, press flat in circles. Distribute the chili-fennel mixture over them and bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 4-5 minutes. Remove, cool, and store in a cool dry place (about 10 days).
