Ingredients

  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 5 medium bell peppers
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 10 tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • 50 g capers
  • 50 g pecorino

Instructions

    Peel and halve the garlic.

    Wash, trim, cut each pepper lengthwise and remove seeds.

    Wash the tomatoes.

  4. 4.

    Place ½ a garlic clove and 1 basil leaf in each pepper half, season with salt and pepper, then add 1 tomato. Brush tomatoes and peppers with oil and arrange in a greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes.

    Serve with capers and finely grated Pecorino.
