Ingredients
- 600 g pork cutlets
- 2 red onions
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- 1 Organic lemon
- 1 piece lemongrass (≈3 cm)
- 5 g cornstarch (0.5 tsp)
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- Salt
- a pinch sugar
- Pepper
Instructions

Slice pork cutlets into strips.

Peel onions, cut into thin slivers and separate into rings; wash bell peppers, trim and slice into strips.

Rinse lemon hot, pat dry, grate half the zest, then squeeze juice.

Wash lemongrass, trim and finely mince.

Whisk cornstarch with lemon juice and zest, then mix in soy sauce and vegetable broth.

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté pork strips over high heat for about 4 minutes.

Add lemongrass, onions, and bell pepper pieces; cook together for 2 minutes. Pour in the starch mixture, bring to a boil, and season with salt, a pinch of sugar, and pepper.
