- 250 g butter
- 0.5 paprika pepper
- paprika powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt
- Pepper

Bake the red paprika pepper in a preheated oven at 220°C until the skin blisters. Remove the skin, stem, inner membranes and seeds, then finely chop the flesh.

Mix the soft butter with the chopped paprika, some paprika powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Place on cling film, roll into a log, wrap tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours. Slice into rounds before serving.
