Ingredients

  • 250 g chorizo
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 beef tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • a pinch of chili flakes
  • 4 eggs

    Cut the chorizo into cubes. Clean and seed the peppers, remove the membranes, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

    Core the tomato and dice it. Peel the onion and finely chop it.

    Combine all ingredients in small greased baking dishes, add 1 tbsp sour cream to each, and season with salt and pepper. Crack one egg at a time over each gratin, being careful not to break the yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes until set. Sprinkle with pepper before serving.
