Pan-Seared Tuna

Ingredients
- 800 g fresh tuna fillet
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g enoki mushrooms
- 1 Zucchini
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 0.5 bunch Thai chives
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- Sea salt
- ground pepper
- Radicchio leaf

Wash the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then marinate in soy sauce for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Clean the mushrooms, spinach, radicchio, and zucchini; cut the zucchini into thin sticks, trim ends, halve, and slice finely. Tear radicchio into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a wok, pat the tuna fillet dry and sear all sides for 4 minutes, then wrap in foil. Pour over the remaining soy sauce, add mushrooms and vegetables, and stir-fry continuously for 2 minutes. Slice the tuna fillet into thick rounds, arrange fan-shaped on plates, season with sea salt and ground pepper, and add the vegetables. Halve the chives and sprinkle on top.
