Ingredients
- 2 stalks leek
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 4 tbsp light cream
- 4 cod fillets (about 140 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper
- dill sprigs
- lemon wedges
Instructions

Wash, trim and cut the leeks into thick rings. Sauté in 1 tbsp hot oil for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with wine and a splash of water, then steam gently for about 8 minutes.

Rinse the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and cook in the remaining oil in a non-stick pan, browning both sides for about 6 minutes each.

Fold the light cream into the leeks and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on bowls, place the cod fillets on top, and garnish with dill and lemon wedges.
