Ingredients
- 350 g Hilcona (dry tomato & grilled eggplant pasta)
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- red chili pepper
- Basil
Instructions

Slice the onion into thin strips and cut the avocado into slices. Place both in a bowl. Grate some lime zest, then squeeze the lime juice. Add the oil, juice, and zest to the bowl and gently fold together. Season with salt.

Now sauté the pan pasta in a little butter for about 5 minutes while turning it, adding some chili strips. Transfer the pasta into glasses or plates, add the onion avocado salad on top, sprinkle with pepper or chili, and garnish with basil leaves.
