- 800 g waxy potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- coarse Sea salt
- 3 tbsp rosemary

Preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F) with upper and lower heat. Peel, wash, dry, and quarter the potatoes.

Toss the potatoes in oil, season with salt, spread them on a baking sheet, sprinkle rosemary over them, and bake in the preheated oven for about 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve arranged on a plate.
