Ingredients

  • 4 large waxy potatoes
  • 4 small pickles
  • 100 g roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 100 g thick milk
  • 250 g quark
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pat dry, wrap each in a large piece of aluminum foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 220°C for 1 hour.

    For the quark dip mix the thick milk with quark. Slice the pickles thinly and cut the roast beef into strips. Wash, dry, and finely chop the herbs; combine everything, seasoning with salt and pepper.
