Oven gnocchi is a simple and tasty recipe that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 carrot (100 g)
- 1 bundle radishes (200 g)
- 1 Organic lemon
- 500 g gnocchi (refrigerated section)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g herb‑flavored cream cheese
- 1 small box watercress
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (15 g)

Peel and wash the carrot, then slice it into thin strips with a vegetable peeler. Wash and quarter the radishes. Rinse the lemon under hot water, dry it, grate it, and cut into eighths.

Spread the gnocchi and prepared vegetables in a baking dish, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place the cream cheese in the center and arrange the lemon wedges around it.

Bake the oven gnocchi in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for 30 minutes. Then mix everything thoroughly and add a little hot water if needed. Wash, dry, and trim the watercress leaves with scissors. Garnish the dish with fresh watercress and sunflower seeds.
