Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 g green beans
  • 1 bundle fresh rosemary

    Wash the potatoes well, cut them in half or quarters. Rub the chicken thighs with salt, pepper and rosemary, then sear them all over in hot clarified butter. Spread the potatoes on a well-greased baking tray, season with salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.

    Trim the green beans and boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
