Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g cold butter
- 1 egg (size L)
- 200 g whole milk glaze
- 2-3 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions
-
1.
Sift the flour with salt and sugar onto a work surface. Press a shallow depression in the center. Add the egg and butter pieces. Use a large kitchen knife to chop into crumbly dough, then quickly knead into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

2.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3 mm thickness and cut out lamb shapes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas: level 2-3, convection: 180°C) for about 12 minutes until light brown. Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
-
3.
Melt chocolate glaze over a double boiler. Brush the lamb-shaped cookies with the chocolate glaze and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Gently tap off excess coconut flakes and let the decorated cookies set.
