Ingredients
- 200 g orecchiette pasta
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 250 g Broccoli
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, chopped
- 50 g fresh parmesan cheese, grated

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Separate the broccoli into small florets and cook for about 4 minutes. Drain.

Drain the pasta and mix with the broccoli florets. Add olive oil, garlic, and chopped chili pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on warmed plates and sprinkle parmesan over.
