Ingredients
- 400 g orecchiette pasta
- Sea salt
- 400 g young kale stalks
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 anchovy fillets
- red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cook the orecchiette in salted water until al dente.

Wash, trim and roughly chop the kale. Peel and finely mince the garlic, then sauté briefly in hot oil. Add the kale and let it wilt for 1-2 minutes.

Finely chop the anchovies and fold them into the drained pasta (add a splash of pasta water if needed). Season with salt and red pepper flakes, then serve on plates.
